When we gather
Sunday Mornings
10:00 am
WHat to expect
What to wear?
We are a come-as-you-are type of church. You will see people in jeans and a tee shirt and others in khakis and a button down shirt. No matter what it looks like, we want you to feel comfortable.
What time should I arrive?
Our Gathering starts at 10am and our service starts at 10:15am. We encourage you to arrive at 10am to enjoy time with people before the service starts.
What about my kids?
All ages of kids worship with us during the service. Then following our Ministry Moment they are dismissed to their respected areas. We offer nursery from 0-4 years old and Kids from Kindergarten through 5th grade. Our youth students remain in service and have spontaneous meetups throughout the year.
Can I contribute to the meal?
Yes! Mazevo will provide the main entree but we encourage you to bring a side item, drink or dessert. Sign up for our weekly emails to let us know what you will be bringing!
Scriptually Sound
The Word of God is living, active, and true!
We will hold fast to the absolute truth of God’s Word, teach from it and learn from it every time we gather.
(Hebrews 4:12, 2 Timothy 3:16-17, James 1:22, Matthew 24:35)

Praising Passionately
God is the only One deserving of praise. In the Scriptures it says that God inhabits the praises of His people.
Encountering God's presence in this way is life-changing and there is power in our praise!
(Psalm 150:6, John 4:24, Psalm 103:1, Psalm 71:8, Romans 11:36, Psalm 63:3-4)

praying fervently
Prayer is the foundation of Mazevo. Prayer helps us align our hearts with the Father's heart.
As we pray, the Father hears the cry of our hearts as well. Miracles happen when we pray.
(1 John 5:14, Mark 11:22-25, Matthew 6:6-8, Matthew 18:19-20)

Creating community
Genuine life-on-life fellowship with the community is important to the growth of the Church.
We desire to create spaces that allow for community to be cultivated and for relationships to grow.
Sundays are a catalyst for community to happen throughout the week. DON’T LET IT JUST BE SUNDAY!
(Acts 2:42-47, Hebrews 10:24-25, Ephesians 5:30, Acts 4:32, John 17:23)

Serving faithfully
Jesus was the perfect example of a servant. We desire to put the needs of others above ours.
Creating this kind of culture allows our people to feel taken care of. No matter what the responsibility or task looks like,
nothing is too big or too small for us as well. “The Son of Man didn’t come to be served but to serve.”
(Mark 10:41-45, Matthew 25:35, Galatians 6:10, James 1:22)

Giving generously
Everything that we have comes from the Lord, so we actively choose to give back to Him and to support the local Church.
We give so the kingdom of God can be expanded, and our faith can be stretched further to trust God’s provision in our lives.
(2 Corinthians 9:6-8, Philippians 4:19, Malachi 3:10, Deuteronomy 8:18)
